Are all taxes included in the room rate?

VAT is included in the room rate. However, the city tax of 2€ per person, per night, up to a maximum of 14€ per person and per stay for guests above 13 years old, is not included and must be paid upon check-in.

Is there parking available at the hotel?

The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there is public payment parking (Praça dos Restauradores) located 200 meters away from the hotel.

Where is the nearest subway stop?

Rossio station located 300 meters from the hotel.

Is the reception open 24 hours?

The reception is open from 7am to 10:30pm. However, virtual support is available 24 hours to assist our guests at any time they need.

Does the hotel provide Wi-Fi?

Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises and is complimentary. The password is available on The Art INN app, inside the room through a QR scan code or can be requested at the reception.

Do you have a Baby Crib?

A baby crib may be arranged free of charge. Maximum capacity is 1 baby crib per room. All children over 2 years of age will be considered as an adult.

Do my children stay free?

Children 2 and under are free in a room with one paying adult in existing bedding. All children older than 2 will be considered as an adult.

Does the hotel offer shuttles or transfers?

A professional black car service with high-end cars is available for pick-up and drop-off services to and from any place in the country, subject to quotation. The payment has to be made directly to the driver.

What should I do if I forget anything inside the room?

After checking out, the housekeeping team will inspect and clean the room. Any personal belongings found will be stored in the "Lost & Found" area, and guests should contact the hotel to arrange delivery details and shipping costs accordingly.

Can I check-out after 12 noon?

Check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is until 12 noon, allowing our housekeeping team to properly prepare all rooms. Late check-out can be provided depending on the hotel’s availability for a maximum of 1 hour free of charge. If you require a late check-out of more than one hours, up to 4 pm, a cost of half the rate of the room for the day in question will apply. If you request to check-out after 4 pm, a full daily rate will apply since the housekeeping department won’t be able to clean the room on that day.

Can I check-in before 3 pm?

Check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is until 12 noon, allowing our housekeeping team to properly prepare all rooms. Nevertheless, if the room is ready before the scheduled time, the Front-Desk will inform guests, and they can check-in as soon as they arrive.

Why do I have to pay at check-in?

In order to make the whole payment process simpler and enable guests to have a faster check-out, we ask guests to make the payment upon check-in.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served on our beautiful rooftop. Our continental breakfast can accommodate guests who suffer from allergies or intolerances; please advise us before your arrival or at the front desk.

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served on our beautiful rooftop all year long from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Can I have breakfast before 7.30 am?

Yes, our hotel provides a breakfast box for guests leaving before 7:30 a.m. Kindly inform our staff upon your arrival at the hotel that you would like to request a breakfast box. Our team will arrange for it to be delivered to your room on the evening before your departure.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Yes, we are happy to keep our guests' luggage for the day when checking in or out.

When does housekeeping service my room?

We provide housekeeping service every day between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What is your smoking policy?

The Art INN Lisbon is a 100% non-smoking facility. If smoking is detected in a guest room, the hotel will charge a Euro 250.00 cleaning fee, which will be placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

What is your deposit/payment policy?

Valid credit card must be presented at check-in, either in person or online, and it will be authorized for a small amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out. Authorized amounts may take up to 5 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution.The Art INN Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. The Art INN hotel may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms while the damage is being repaired.
