Are all taxes included in the room rate?

No, taxes of 15.7% are not included in the room rate.

Are there any extra charges or fees?

No, there are no extra charges or fees besides the tax. Our INN does not charge any additional fees such as resort fees or cleaning fees.

Is there parking available at the hotel?

Parking is included with all of our Double, Family, and Studio rooms. When making a reservation, please refer to the room description to ensure that your desired room includes parking as part of the offer. If your room does not include parking, please contact the hotel and we will do our best to provide you with a spot for $15 per night, subject to availability.

What is The Art INN Seattle’s online check-in process?

The Art INN Seattle’s check-in process is completed online and self-service in order to facilitate a stress-free and contactless check-in process. As part of this process, we collect basic information about you, verify your email and phone number, request a credit card for incidentals, and ask for a government-issued photo ID. We advise you to complete the online check-in procedure promptly after reserving your stay with us. Our suggestion is to complete it prior to your arrival. This is due to our absence of physical check-ins. Therefore, if you arrive without having completed the online check-in, you will be required to do so before accessing your room. On occasion, we may need to scrutinize the details you have provided and might reach out to you for further clarification. Dealing with such circumstances in advance is more convenient than while traveling or being away from our location.

How much is your incidental deposit?

An incidental deposit of $50 will be authorized upon online check-in. The incidental deposit will be released after check-out and may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card.

Is the reception open 24 hours?

At The Art INN hotel, we offer a 24-hour virtual reception that can be accessed through various channels including text message, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, our website, and The Art INN hotel app.

Does the hotel provide Wi-Fi?

Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises and is complimentary. The password will be provided during check-in and it is available inside the room or the app The Art INN Hotels.

What should I do if I forget anything inside the room?

After check-out, the housekeeping team will inspect and clean the room. Any personal belongings found will be stored in the "Lost & Found" area, and guests should contact the hotel to arrange delivery details and shipping costs accordingly.

Minibar

We are pleased to offer a minibar in every room for your convenience. You may purchase items directly through our app or the web link provided in your room. Please note that if you consume any items and fail to pay for them before check-out, an additional charge of $25 will be applied to your bill.

Do you have a Baby Crib?

A baby crib can be arranged free of charge only in the family room and studio. Maximum capacity is 1 baby crib per room. All children over 2 years of age will be considered as an adult.

Do my children stay free?

Children 2 and under are free in a room with one paying adult in existing bedding. All children older than 2 will be considered as an adult.

Smoking Policy

The Art INN Seattle is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, which will be placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

The minimum age to check-in is 21 years old.

Can I check-out after 12 noon?

Check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is until 12 noon, allowing our housekeeping team to properly prepare all rooms. Late check-out can be provided depending on the hotel's availability for a maximum of 1 hour free of charge. If you require a late check-out of more than 1 hour, up to 4 pm, a cost of half the rate of the room for the day in question will apply. If you request to check-out after 4 pm, a full daily rate will apply since the housekeeping department won't be able to clean the room on that day.

Can I check-in before 3 pm?

Check-in starts at 3 pm, and check-out is until 12 noon, allowing our housekeeping team to properly prepare all rooms. Nevertheless, if the room is ready before the scheduled time, the Front Desk will inform guests, and they can check-in as soon as they arrive.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

If you require luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, we kindly request that you inquire with our hotel staff for assistance.

Check-out process

For the check-out process, there's no need for you to do anything. You may simply leave the inn, and our staff will take care of the rest.
