Each petite boutique room at The Art Inn is designed and put together using one of a kind works of art created by artist Alexandra Prieto. Every room is unique and the art is inspired by the city the hotel is in, recounting a story from the city’s history allowing guests to fully experience and interact with the city they are staying in. Each location offers its own original touch: art gallery, boutique and roof top bar in Lisbon, event center, cultural events and art gallery in Florence, and a bakery cafe and roof top bar in Seattle.
Each Art Inn is designed to have no more than 20 rooms, allowing for a more personalized client experience and better oversight from management. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and some rooms are specifically designed to accommodate families.

The service was excellent, Andre, Ricardo and Inez were amazing. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything.
Nice little boutique hotel, centrally located. If you have a car be prepared to park it at a distance and take a walk. The stairwell (calçado do duque) up to Bairro Alto starts just at the end of the block. Rossio station is close by. the rooms are large, the bed is large. Showers very modern. Arty, quirky, fun. Nice breakfast
Great staff, incredibly helpful , we were amazed with the kindness of the staff. I hurt my leg the last evening, on the morning when we checked out the guy from the reception helped us with the luggage and came with us to stop a taxi 100 meters away from the hotel!
Fab staff - they really are most welcoming, warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.....looking up attractions on the internet or posting postcards (even without a stamp). Gorgeous little place - breakfast was fresh and tasty, typically European. The rooms were tastefully decorated with an element of quirkiness! Huge comfy beds. We travelled with two young kids - it was delightful to find that we could still choose a small, unique, boutique place that was still family friendly. The kids were made to feel more than welcome! We knew from other reports that this hotel didn't have a lift - but unless you need one - don't be put off ! Location and place itself is worth it!
Everything is very good, the great location which just behind Rossio square, next to the famous big lift and shopping street. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast !!
Stayed here with my husband for a long weekend. Very quirky and cosy hotel. Lots of different room decorations and definitely a paradise for shoe lovers. Great location , right in the old town of Lisbon. Easy access to a lot of sightseeing places and great restaurants and bars.
This is an excellent hotel. Our flight was delayed (reception closes at midnight) and a member of staff kindly took home the hotel's phone so that we could contact her on arrival to access our room. The location is terrific - just near Rossio square yet off the main road (so nice and quiet). Airconditioning is excellent (important even in September as it was 30 degrees!) Breakfast is absolutely lovely - a nice selection of breads, fruits, meats, eggs etc. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be in the thick of it (but still be in the peace and quiet!)
