I am unable to open the door

Please check if your Bluetooth is turned on and if the room is ready. Bring your mobile phone close to the door reader. Usually, the room is ready by the check-in time. If the room is ready earlier, you will receive a notification.

Can I connect to the Wi-Fi?

Yes, the Wi-Fi is available for free for all our guests at our location. In each room and in the common area, there is a QR code sticker that you can scan to automatically connect to the Wi-Fi. Additionally, you can find the network and password to connect to our Wi-Fi in the Wi-Fi icon on our application.

How can I communicate with you?

You can contact us through the message icon located in the top right corner of our application. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.

What requests can I send through the app?

You can use the app to request housekeeping and maintenance services. Additionally, for our Lisbon location, you can request transfer to and from the airport and baggage storage.

I am unable to access the hotel or my room because the app
is not working

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide you with instructions on how to pick up a regular key door from our lockbox.
